Background

Paolo Aversa is lecturer in strategy at Cass Business School, and visiting Professor at the University of Trento (Italy). At Cass he teaches at the MSc in Management, the MSc in Actuarial Sciences, the Full Time MBA, the Executive MBA in Dubai, and he collaborates with Cass Executive Education. Between 2012 and 2014 Paolo Aversa served as Research Fellow in strategy thanks to being awarded the Marie Curie Fellowship PEOPLE-FP7-IEF. Between 2011 and 2012 he worked as Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Management Department of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where he also formerly held a position as visiting scholar of the Sol C. Snider Entrepreneurial Center (2009-2011). He received his Ph.D. in management at the University of Bologna (2011), his MBA degree at Fondazione CUOA (Vicenza) and his Executive HR Management Master at HKE (Milan). He got his B.A. and M.A. in Communication at the University of Padova, both magna cum laude.
